Shipping Information:

A minimum charge of $5.95 will be charged to all orders. Freight charges will be automatically added to the total. If you forget to add the freight where applicable, we will add it to your order.

Some larger items may be shipped by common carrier. You will be notified of the freight charge before shipment.

If your order is shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, it should arrive to your door in 2-7 days. You will be e-mailed a confirmation when shipped, along with a UPS or Priority Mail Tracking number.

If your order is shipped UPS 2nd Day then it should arrive within 2 BUSINESS days after the item is shipped, (example...order received on Monday, item will arrive Wednesday), again you will be notified by e-mail along with a tracking number.

Orders received after 9:00 AM Pacific Time, will be shipped the FOLLOWING day.

Should you require your merchandise immediately, we can UPS Overnight the item, and it should arrive by 3:00 PM Local Time the next day. Should you require the item before 8:30 AM the next day, we can do that too. Call us for a quote.

****NOTE: UPS CANNOT deliver to P.O. Boxes****



Sales tax

Sales tax (7.25%) will be added to orders shipped within California only. As of now, no other taxes apply.



International Purchasers

For international purchasers, we will bill you through PayPal. Simply order the item (don't worry about the freight yet) and we will calculate the correct freight charge and send you an e-mail to confirm. Once the transaction is approved by you we will send you an invoice to be paid through PayPal.



APO Orders:

We gladly ship APO orders, however keep in mind that these orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail ONLY. We may contact via e-mail you with additional freight charges.

Please note: the buyer is responsible for all tariffs, customs charges and any other charges in connection with purchasing an item. If the freight company cannot collect these charges from the customer your credit card will be charged that amount.





Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

At ReptileSupplyHouse.com we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Items are returnable within 30 days of delivery provided:

* The item is returned in new, saleable unused condition in original package * Bulbs must not have been used * Food must not be opened * A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to any returned merchandise * You must obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) through the inquiry page or by calling us at 1 530.391.1881

Freight charge is not refundable unless order was our mistake.

NOTE: Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to us and insuring the item. Any breakage of returned item will be the responsibility of buyer.
